panels.But a lawsuit filed just days ago accuses one of the biggest
players in the solar game of not doing what it promises.Twyla and
Clement Torregano Jr. are suing Sader Power and Sader Power Enterprises ,
along with Baton Rouge-based Griswold Power, and they are seeking to
bring the case as a class action. That would open the door to an
estimated 2,500 homeowners, according to the lawsuit filed on Feb. 7 in
Federal Court.
