Supporters
of the health-care law are set this week to reveal long-awaited details
of their campaign to persuade millions of Americans to sign up for
coverage.Organizing for Action, the fundraising and advocacy spinoff of
President Barack Obama's election campaign, said Monday morning it is
spending what it describes as a seven-figure sum on an ad series that
will run on national cable news touting the law.The first ad highlights
provisions in the law that are currently in place such as preventive
visits without out-of-pocket costs for seniors, tax credits for small
businesses and rebates for consumers, telling viewers that “the truth
is, Americans are already seeing the benefits." The ad finishes by
promising: “Better coverage and lower costs, that's what Obamacare means
for them."

questions about the robustness of that effort prompted Senate Finance

feared a potential “train wreck" in implementation.Mr. Baucus said at
the time that he was worried because he still didn't have much
information about how the enrollment effort would work. Expect lots of
attention this week to any answers that emerge.
