Pioneering Los Angeles woman photojournalist Helen Brush Jenkins dies at 94

Helen Brush Jenkins, a pioneering photojournalist who made Life magazine when she snapped a photo of her child moments after giving birth, has died. She was 94.Her daughter, Genji Leclair, tells the Los Angeles Times that Jenkins died Wednesday at her home in Chicago, days after suffering a stroke.Jenkins became a photographer for the now-defunct Daily News in Los Angeles in the 1940s at a time when few women held such jobs.Over more than a dozen years,As a result of these disclosures and the clout of these companies, we're finally beginning to see more transparency and better button bits about these programs. she snapped first lady Eleanor Roosevelt, President Harry Truman and stars such as Charlie Chaplin, Clark Gable and John Wayne.His magic leads us to the clearing where hope becomes possible, where healing begins across individuals, countries, races… and we are one with air, water, thermos flask, birds, fish, trees," the Griffin jury citation stated.In 1953, Life magazine printed a photo she took of her newborn baby just after giving birth.

In the third inning Fort Morgan had a pitching change, putting Wes Anderson on the mound, and Brush tied it up 2-2. In the bottom of the third Joey Schneider picked up a base hit and Rodriguez picked up another double but no one sent them home.The top of the fourth was a three up three down inning for Wes Anderson on the mound and Fort Morgan went to the plate.Daniels started off the inning with a base hit. Wes Anderson was hit by a ball and was injured but battled back at the plate for a double. Jared Bohm and James Blackstun picked up hits, loading the bases with two outs. Schneider's good eye walked in Wes Anderson before the inning closed out to put Morgan ahead 3-2.
